What is a Meal Allowance?
Meal allowances are built into all Meal Plans allowing you to eat meals at the Eagles Nest rather than the Restaurants of Seacobeck. A Meal Allowances may be used during specified hours at the Nest, and a variety of combo meals are available. You may use allowances without the need for additional Flex, EagleOne or cash. If, however, your purchase exceeds the Meal Allowance dollar value for that meal period, the balance may be paid with Flex, EagleOne or cash.
What are Flex Dollars?
Flex is a lump sum built into each of the meal plans. Though not real money, flex dollars may be used as a debit account for making additional food purchases at any dining operation, including catering. Unused balances at the end of the spring semester will not be refunded, so use your Flex dollars wisely! If you run out of Flex dollars before the end of the semester, you may purchase EagleOne dollars.
What are EagleOne Dollars?

EagleOne may be used at the Restaurants of Seacobeck, the Eagles Nest, and other campus locations such as laundry and vending machines. Purchases made with EagleOne are subject to Virginia Sales Tax. Unused EagleOne dollars will remain in your account, but are only refundable under certain circumstances.
How do I use my EagleOne Card?
