The Dining Room at Seacobeck is open to members of the university faculty,staff and their guests, and members of the general public for lunch on weekdays between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM whenever the university is open for regular class sessions. The Dining Room at Seacobeck closes during Fall, Winter, and Spring breaks. Along with our fabulous hot lunch buffet, salad bar, deli bar, and freshly made desserts, our guests will enjoy delicious specials at our daily Action Station, like cooked-to-order omelets, fajitas, or Belgian waffles. We offer periodic ice cream sundae bars, too!
