Your comments and suggestions help us stay in tune with student dining preferences and thus enable us to provide you with the best possible dining experiences here at the University of Mary Washington. We really DO want to hear from you! Here are just a few ways you may share your views with us:
- E-Mail Us or Call Us
You will find the e-mail links and phone numbers for all members of our management team here or by clicking on the "Contact" tab of our website. Please, we want to hear from you. If there is something you would like to see, you are probably not the only one.
- Make a "Wall" Posting on Face Book
Go to the UMW Dining Group at Face Book and post a question or comment on the "Wall". You may also e-mail us through Face Book, too.
- Attend Our Student Dining Advisory Committee Meetings
These meetings are open to everyone and are very low-key and informal. They are held two or more times each month and are a great place to ask questions, make suggestions, and learn about our dining program. Meetings are usually held in the Faculty and Staff Dining Room, and the meeting schedule is set by your SGA Dining Committee members. The meeting times will be posted on our web site as soon as the schedule is determined.
- Next Meeting: Wednesday, November 5th at 2:00 PM in the Faculty and Staff Dining Room. All students are welcome to attend!
- Speak with a Manager
A Food Service Manager is always available during meal periods. If you do not see a manager, please ask a cashier to locate one for you. Don't wait if you have a concern! A manager might be able to help you on the spot!
- Fill out a Customer Comment Card
Customer Comment Cards are located in display racks under the Comment Board at the Eagle's Nest and at various locations in the serving lines of all the dining rooms at Seacobeck. Responses to these comments are posted on our Comment Boards.
